How can we help?

Install the app, create an account, then tap Request a Club on the Teams tab. We set up every club personally and will be in touch — usually the same week. If you'd like your roster or league schedule loaded for you, just say so in your request or email us.

Your coach sends an invite to your email address. Install Formavo and sign up with that same email address — you'll be added to the team and linked to your child automatically. If nothing shows up, ask your coach to check the email they used and re-send the invite.

The team schedule, results and stats, live scores, team chat and photos, and their own child's profile. Parents can RSVP for their own children. They can't edit lineups or match events, and coach notes, ratings and voice notes are visible to staff only.

On the sign-in screen, type your email address and tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a reset link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Open Settings in the app. You can turn each type on or off: announcements, schedule changes, RSVP updates, chat, live match scores and the weekly digest. You can also disable Formavo notifications entirely in iOS Settings.

Coaches and assistant coaches can edit or delete any match event from the match screen, even after full time. Stats and season totals recalculate automatically.

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your login, your profile and your team and club memberships. Player records belong to the team and are managed by its coach; to have a child's record corrected or removed, ask the coach or email us. If you can't access the app, email admin@formavo.ca from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
